What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is simply the use of hypnosis to enable you
to take control of feelings,
behaviours, habits and self image.
Hypnosis is not mystical of magical in any way. It
is a very effective way of helping you to take
control of things that may have seemed beyond your control
in the past.
Hypnosis is a natural, yet different state of consciousness
from the normal waking state.
When you are in the state of hypnosis you are completely awake
and alert,
and know exactly what is happening at all times.
You cannot be controlled by someone using hypnosis. While
under hypnosis your awareness is actually heightened and you
are carefully focussed. You become very receptive to positive
suggestions, that are acceptable to you and are able to take
on board changes that will alter your thought and behavioural
patterns forever!

What about these stage shows where they make people
do silly things?
They dont make people do anything.
These people are volunteers who want to be foolish and playful
they are having fun.
None of them will ever do anything they dont want to
do under hypnosis no one ever does.
